I strive to meet all my customers’ needs and work very hard to meet their expectations. I have sold my products for years on other platforms, and have maintained a 100% customer satisfaction rating. It is my ultimate goal to have each and every customer to me 100% satisfied. If you are not, please get with me to try and work it out as soon as possible. Orders placed for personalized items are final, with an exception of if I make a mistake (not a mistake made by the buyer). In those instances, I will correct my mistake or provide a correct item. I ship all my orders for free to the lower 48 states. I use USPS First Class package shipping. If you would like a different shipping service, or expedited shipping, you will need to pay for it. Please get with me up front to arrange for other shipping services.
Shipping & Delivery Options
I ship all orders free of charge to the lower 48 states using USPS first cass package services.
- Standard - USPS First Class Package services, free of charge
- Express - Customer will need to pay for express delivery
- Overnight - Customer will need to pay for overnight delivery
- Other Delivery Services - Customer will need to pay for any delivery service, other than USPS first class package service. (USPS expedited, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
Returns
Returns are only accepted at buyers’ expense, minus any and all of my costs (costs of items used to make the product and shipping charges). Refunds will only be made minus my costs, and after the item is returned at buyer’s expense.
Order Cancellation
Customized/Personalized orders can be cancelled prior to me starting the process of making or personalizing the product. Once I have made, or have started the personalization the order is final at this point. All other orders can be cancelled any time prior to shipping.
